But despite becoming more prevalent over the last few decades, they are still widely considered to be misunderstood. It may seem that although it’s a new year, you’re still stuck in same old rut. January can be a time of reflection which may bring on feelings of being unfulfilled or lacking purpose. Whether you’ve found yourself in an unfulfilling job or relationship, or you lack a clear sense of purpose, feeling stuck is something that most of us experience at some point in our lives.
